Hello there-
I am a 38 year native Sacramentan. Having lived in Land Park all of my life, I consider myself to be an Area Specialist.

I've been a licensed Realtor for nearly 8 years, but have worked in the business for over 10 years, and grew up in a Real Estate household as a child. My Mother, Patti Martinez, has been a Sacramento Realtor for over 30 years, and my grandfather was a Realtor as well many years ago.
